ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission to the MBA programme is on the basis of merit as
determined by the scores obtained by the candidate in the admission test, group
discussion and personal interview in the proportion given below.
70% - Admission Test
15% - Group Discussion
15% - Interview
Selection Procedure
Selection of the candidates for admission to the programme will be
made on the basis of two phases.
Phase 1: The candidates have to appear in CMAT conducted by AICTE.
Information regarding CMAT can be obtained from www.aicte-cmat.in .
Phase 2: The applicant should also obtain separate application
form and prospectus from Bharata Mata Institute of Management, Thrikkakara on
payment of Rs.500/- in cash. Those who would like to get the application by
post may send a D.D. for Rs.550/- drawn in favour of Director, Bharata Mata
Institute of Management, payable at Ernakulam. The application can also be
downloaded from this website and may apply to the institute with the required
documents. Application forms can also be obtained directly from selected
branches of Catholic Syrian Bank all over India.
The candidate short-listed on the basis of CMAT score will be
called for Group Discussion and Interview. Those who have taken previous CMAT
can also apply with a photocopy of the CMAT score card.
